This page is here to inform you about people who try and cheat the system. If somebody has ripped you off and not sent you the stamps they said they would, then this is the place you can report them and get your own back.

To report somebody, please as much infomation as possible, we will need the name and address of the person, plus phone number if you have it. Please also include a report of exactly what happened, including dates, copies of exchanged emails etc.

He offered Spain Andorra Belgium and Portugal
He wanted France Belgium USA Sweden.
I said I would swap at least 100 at a time so he wrote back and said how
about 200.  I said fine and sent 200.  Have never heard from him again,
despite sending two (at least) email chasers.  I sent 200 lovely stamps!!!!
Help!!!!

I sent my stamps on 22nd February 2001.
